WHAT ARE PARASITES REALLY?

Let’s just get this out of the way:

Parasites are not just a “third world” problem. They’re a human problem. A global problem. A 60+ million Americans right now problem.

Parasites are organisms that live inside you, on you, or off you… without paying rent. They steal your nutrients, hijack your energy, mess with your hormones, and do things in your gut that would disturb even the strongest stomach.

They come in a few charming varieties

  • Worms (roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms)

  • Protozoa (microscopic thieves)

  • Flukes (flatworms that should truly mind their business)

They hide in:

  • the gut

  • the liver

  • the skin

  • the brain (rare, but yes — they can)

  • your sinuses

  • your bloodstream

Basically: If there’s a warm, moist environment… something probably wants to live there.

Gross? Absolutely. But also fascinating — because the body is constantly fighting these invaders behind the scenes.

This tiny book is here to help you understand:

  • What they do.

  • How you get them.

  • How to kick them out.

HOW YOU GET PARASITES

You can get parasites from literally everything. People think it’s only undercooked pork or “dirty water,” but no… Try these on for size:

  • Unwashed berries from the grocery store

  • Sushi (yes… even the nice places)

  • Salads

  • Soil

  • Gardening

  • Pet kisses

  • Pet fur

  • Cat boxes

  • Sandboxes

  • Lakes, rivers, and puddles

  • “Healthy smoothies” made with unwashed produce

  • Taking one bite of something your toddler dropped

  • Walking barefoot in grass

And if you have pets? Congratulations. You are now living in a parasite-themed amusement park. They’re not always dangerous, but they DO affect:

  • digestion

  • energy

  • mood

  • hormones

  • immune health

  • skin

  • cravings

  • brain fog

And they’re way more common than anyone admits.

SIGNS YOU MIGHT HAVE PARASITES

Parasites can make your body do weird things — subtle things — that doctors often overlook. Common signs include:

  • Bloating (especially after eating fruit)

  • Constipation or diarrhea

  • Random itching

  • Skin flares (eczema, rashes, bumps)

  • Fatigue / low energy

  • Brain fog

  • Teeth grinding at night

  • Sugar or carb cravings

  • Irritability

  • Difficulty focusing

  • Unexplained nausea

  • Sleep issues

  • Feeling “off” and not knowing why

And the most classic sign? You feel better when you fast. Parasites don’t like when you stop feeding them. Gross. Cool. Useful.

STAR HERBS OF THE PARASITE CLEANSE

Parasites are clever — but plants are smarter.

This blend uses herbs that have been kicking out worms, flukes, and microscopic freeloaders since long before humans had microscopes. Here are the heavy hitters:

  • 🪱 Wormwood The plant that inspired the word vermifuge — meaning “parasite remover.” Its thujone content paralyzes worms so your body can evict them

  • 🌰 Black Walnut Hull Dark, bitter, and loaded with juglone, a compound that destroys parasite eggs and prevents new ones from hatching. Basically: birth control for worms.

  • 🌿 Clove The ONLY herb scientifically proven to obliterate parasite eggs. If you don’t kill the eggs, the infestation never ends. Clove = the end.

  • 🧄 Garlic Parasites HATE garlic. It contains allicin, which kills worms, protozoa, and bacteria. If parasites could file restraining orders, they would.

  • Papaya Seeds Yes — the ones inside the fruit. They contain carpaine and benzyl isothiocyanate, which immobilize worms and disrupt reproduction.

  • 🌱 Burdock Root + Dandelion Root These are your detox assistants — helping your liver, kidneys, and lymph move all the junk out during die-off.

  • 🟠 Ginger + Turmeric Reduces nausea, calms the gut, moves digestion, and counteracts inflammation caused by parasite die-off.

  • 🌳 Pau d’Arco Antifungal, antimicrobial, anti-everything. Good for deep internal cleansing and stubborn infections.

HOW THE CLEANSE ACTUALLY WORKS

Parasite cleanses work in three phases:

  • 1. DISRUPT THE PARASITES Wormwood, black walnut, garlic, clove, papaya seeds, and Pau d’Arco weaken parasites, paralyze them, and stop reproduction. This is where they lose control of your gut and metabolism.

  • 2. KILL & EXPEL As the herbs do their job, parasites: detach - die - stop moving - stop feeding - stop laying eggs. Your body begins pushing them out through: the bowels - the liver - the lymph - the skin (sometimes) - the kidneys. This is when you may feel:

  • fatigue

  • nausea

  • cravings

  • headaches

  • irritability

  • skin flares

That’s called herxheimer die-off, and it means the cleanse is working.

  • 3. DETOX THE AFTERMATH Dead parasites release toxins. This is why you NEED:

  • activated charcoal

  • hydration

  • movement

  • sweating

  • fiber

  • electrolytes

  • rest

Charcoal binds the toxins. The herbs clean the tissues. The liver filters the waste. The lymph drains it away. The bowels expel everything.

It targets parasites while protecting the body doing the cleanup.

HOW TO DO THIS CLEANSE (SIMPLE SCHEDULE)

Parasite cleansing shouldn’t feel confusing. Your body knows what to do — you’re just giving it backup. Here’s the easiest, most effective schedule:

  • 🌿 START SLOW (Day 1–3)

Take 10-25 drops once per day in water or tea. This lets your body “meet” the herbs before things get intense.

  • 🌿 BUILD YOUR DOSE (Day 4–7)

Increase to 10–20 drops, 1–2x per day as tolerated. If you feel:

  • bloated

  • tired

  • moody

  • headachy

  • hungrier

  • suddenly craving sugar

Congratulations — that’s parasites losing their grip.

  • 🌿 FULL CLEANSE (Day 8–13)

Take 20–30 drops, 2–3x daily on an empty stomach. This is when most of the work happens. If you feel weird… that’s normal.

  • ⏸ PAUSE (Day 14–20)

You take a 7-day break if they haven’t gone and you still feel you have them. Why? Because parasites hatch in cycles. The pause allows eggs to hatch so you can wipe out the new ones the next round.

  • 🌿 REPEAT AS NEEDED

Most people do 2–3 rounds to clear all stages:

  • eggs

  • larvae

  • adults

If you have pets, travel, autoimmune issues, or sugar cravings? A yearly cleanse is a game-changer.

“DIE-OFF” (WHAT IT IS + HOW TO HANDLE IT)

When parasites die, they release toxins. Lots of them. These toxins can make you feel:

  • tired

  • cranky

  • foggy

  • nauseous

  • bloated

  • itchy

  • flu-ish

  • emotional

  • hungry

  • thirsty

  • wired

  • weird

This is NORMAL. It means the cleanse is working and your body is pushing out the old junk. Here’s how to make die-off easier:

  • 🥤 Drink LOTS of water Distilled is best. Add lemon or

electrolytes.

  • 💩 Poop daily If you’re not going, you’re not detoxing.

  • 🧱 Activated charcoal 1–2 hours after tinctures. It binds the toxins — NOT your herbs.

  • 🦴 Diatomaceous earth (food grade) Scrapes out parasites mechanically. Take away from herbs.

  • 🥗 Eat clean Avoid:

  • sugar (Parasites LOVE sugar. Don’t feed them.)

  • dairy

  • fried foo

  • heavy meals

  • processed foods

🔥 Sweat

Hot baths, sauna, movement. Detox happens through skin too.

💨 Coffee Enema + Black Walnut

For when your body hits detox overwhelm. Helps flush the liver + colon.

😴 Rest

This is real work for your immune system. Die-off is temporary. Feeling better is permanent.

WHO SHOULD NOT DO THIS CLEANSE

Parasite cleanses are powerful. They move things, kill things, and make your detox pathways work harder than usual. So let’s keep it simple:

⛔ Do NOT use this cleanse if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Breastfeeding

  • Underweight

  • Recovering from surgery

  • In active eating disorder recovery

  • Dealing with severe illness without supervision

⛔ Use caution and talk to a professional if you are on:

  • Blood thinners

  • Immunosuppressants

  • Medications metabolized by the liver

  • Anti-seizure medications

  • Transplant-related medications

  • Strong antibiotics

  • Chemotherapy

⛔ This is NOT for young children.

⛔ This is NOT for people who aren’t going to hydrate or poop.

FINAL NOTES + ENCOURAGEMENT

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: You don’t have to feel this bad. Parasites can drain your energy, fog your mind, inflame your gut, and make you crave foods that feed them, not you. A cleanse can feel weird, gross, surprising, empowering, sometimes emotional — but by the end? You feel clearer. Lighter. Sharper. Calmer. More like yourself. Your skin looks better. Your digestion works again. Your cravings shift. Your sleep deepens. Your brain stops feeling like scrambled eggs. And most importantly: Your energy comes back.

This tiny blog/book isn’t meant to scare you. It’s meant to educate you, empower you, and show you that your body is incredibly intelligent — it just needs support sometimes. Parasites are sneaky bastards. But herbs? Herbs are ancient. Powerful. Relentless. And when used correctly, absolutely brilliant at restoring balance.

Here’s to your clarity, your energy, and your healing.
